📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls and emails within guidelines/goals established by the client and contact center management • Give accurate, valid, and complete information using proper procedures • Meet and exceed customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets • Complete daily tasks as allocated in an efficient and timely manner • Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database • Identify and escalate issues appropriately • Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customize prepared responses to customer emails • Monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks in tandem • Provide professional advice and guidance to Norwegian customers regarding product defects, payment issues, content, products, and related inquiries • Complete necessary training before handling customers

🎯 Requirements

• You speak and write Norwegian at a native level • You are fluent in English (B2) • Experience in customer support and the travel industry is a plus but not a must • Basic understanding and level of computer handling skills • Excellent multitasking skills • Desire to learn and advance, and be a curious investigator and problem solver • Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills • Attentive listening skills • Good interpersonal relationship building skills • European passport required to apply
