• Provide exceptional service to customers for a company specializing in home delivery of frozen food and wine. • Make outbound calls to existing customers to manage orders and deliveries. • Notify customers of changes to delivery dates and confirm any adjustments to their orders. • Contact customers who were not at home during delivery to arrange a new delivery attempt and review their order. • Reach out to customers who wish to place orders ahead of a scheduled delivery. • Contact customers who haven’t ordered in over six months to take orders before major holidays (e.g., Christmas, Easter, summer holidays). • Take orders directly over the phone. • Handle cancellations of appointments with delivery drivers and propose alternative delivery dates. • Manage requests to reschedule deliveries. • Process requests from customers who wish to be removed from the database. • Answer customer questions regarding products, minimum order amounts, or dissatisfaction with previous orders.
• Native-level proficiency in spoken and written French • Sales experience is an advantage • Basic computer skills and comfort using digital tools • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets; positive attitude and strong empathy • Proactive: ask questions, make suggestions, and demonstrate flexibility
