📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues • Handle mainly incoming calls • Provide support and advice on fixed and mobile networks, broadband and carrier coverage, television, and Wi-Fi connectivity • Assist customers with account login problems, GPS signal issues, poor Wi-Fi or TV connections, malfunctioning remote controls, and other technical challenges • Recognize and act on sales opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Speak and write Flemish at a native level • English at a basic level (B2) • Experience in sales, commercial roles, or customer care is preferred • Good understanding and level of computer handling skills • Commercial mindset • Motivated to learn • Structured communicator • Patient and empathetic
