📋 Description

• Review text and images with a keen eye for detail • Conduct content quality control checks against Content Moderation Guidelines • Identify slurs, cuss words, adult content, uncivil content, and other guideline violations • Approve or disapprove new and modified content submissions • Perform a purely backoffice content moderation role without client contact

🎯 Requirements

• EU passport required to apply • Norwegian speaking and writing at a native level • Fluent in English • 0–1 year experience as a content moderator • Good understanding of digital platforms and comfort navigating online content • Basic computer handling skills • Attention to detail • Open-minded and respectful, able to handle sensitive content with maturity and professionalism • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties, and tasks • Excellent communication skills and ability to express thoughts clearly and concisely
