📋 Description

• Ensure all customer interactions follow rules, guidelines, and business goals • Identify common customer issues • Improve customer experience • Create a golden standard for agents to follow during customer communication processes • Identify main issues and communicate them to team trainers and managers • Support well-prepared training sessions for the customer support team • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using proper procedures

🎯 Requirements

• European passport required to apply • Speak and write Norwegian and English fluently (C1) • Basic understanding and level of computer handling skills • Excellent multitasking skills • Desire to learn as well as teach • Patience and empathy • Strong communication skills • Good interpersonal relationship-building skills • Customer support experience is a plus but not required
