📋 Description

• Train newcomers to deliver superb customer support and acquire the knowledge needed to resolve issues • Conduct ongoing employee training to improve performance and keep the team updated on product and brand information • Prepare and maintain up-to-date educational materials • Conduct well-prepared training sessions for new customer support agents • Identify skill gaps and provide training on those topics • Motivate team members to ensure a positive, efficient, and successful team • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using proper procedures

🎯 Requirements

• European passport required to apply • Speak and write Norwegian and English fluently (C1) • Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must • Basic understanding and level of computer handling skills • Excellent multitasking skills • Desire to learn as well as teach • Patience and empathy • Strong communication skills • Good interpersonal relationship building skills
