📋 Description

• Set the AI Platform tribe's strategy and own its roadmap end to end • Map internal tool usage, costs and team needs, then define and defend the roadmap • Own Joker, Joko's internal AI teammate, and Gotham, its identity and permission layer • Take Joker toward a production-grade agent platform • Ship Gotham's permission model so agents do not exceed users' access • Build an automation layer using scoped tools, agent instructions and workflow automation • Migrate off obsolete tools and progressively switch off legacy systems • Own security, compliance and reliability, including identity and access, data retention, log centralization, audit and test coverage • Hire, mentor and lead Product Managers • Set standards for product discovery and delivery and provide direction to engineers and designers • Serve as the interface for Engineering, Ops, Finance, Legal, Data and Care • Define and report success through time saved, cost removed, risk reduced and internal-team adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product • Experience leading or mentoring other Product Managers • Background in internal tools, back-office products, APIs, platforms or complex B2B products is a strong plus • Daily use of AI tools and understanding of agent capabilities and limitations • Comfortable building for internal users • Strong technical appetite for infrastructure, identity, permissions, reliability, security, compliance and data architecture • Coding is not required, but understanding of how systems work is required • Proven track record in people management • Ability to align, prioritize, arbitrate between senior stakeholders and make trade-offs explicit • Data-driven and impact-oriented approach • Clear, structured communication and ability to translate technical topics into business impact • Based in France or Spain • Fluent in English, written and spoken • French is a plus and optional • Ownership-driven, resilient, entrepreneurial and motivated by high-impact operational problems
