📋 Description

• Troubleshooting issues through log analysis and SQL queries • Collaborating with customers for quicker issue resolution • Managing tickets and ensuring timely responses • Working with cross-functional teams to resolve issues • Evaluating and suggesting improvements for support processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product support or technical support • Proficient in troubleshooting software and technical issues • Experience with SQL and log analysis • Ability to work collaboratively in a team • Strong communication skills • Willingness to work outside of business hours for critical issues
