• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email • Assist clients with questions, product details, and troubleshooting • Record accurate and up-to-date information in internal CRM tools • Build trust and maintain strong relationships with every interaction • Ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through quality service • Meet performance targets in service, quality, and efficiency • Share feedback and contribute to process improvements
• Fluent in French (C1) and English (B2 minimum) • Previous experience in customer support or contact center roles • Strong communication and active listening skills • Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented • Empathetic and professional with every customer • A true team player who collaborates and grows with colleagues
• Full training (3–4 weeks, Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00) • Relocation support for candidates moving to Portugal • Private Health Insurance (active from Day 1, free after 6 months) • Meal Allowance : €7.23 net/day • Transport Allowance : €20/month • Career mobility across global office locations • 22 paid holidays per year (note: not available during initial training period)
