📋 Description

• Identify and recruit new authors, guiding them through the manuscript submission process for JoVE Journal. • Contact potential Guest Editors and collaborate with them to build Methods Collections, JoVE's version of a special issue. • Establish and maintain a strong network of scientists/journal authors to drive content acquisition and grow submission rates. • Collaborate with the peer review team to facilitate the publication of manuscripts. • Meet or exceed monthly acquisition targets.

🎯 Requirements

• A Ph.D. in the Life Sciences. • Fluent English written and verbal communication skills. • Results-driven, with an ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational, influencing and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with the publishing process is a plus.
