📋 Description

• Manage the product roadmap, overseeing the planning and execution of deliverables scheduled for 30-, 60-, and 90-day cycles. • Organize, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity around requirements, objectives, and delivery criteria. • Partner with developers and other squad members to enable the implementation of features. • Clarify questions regarding requirements and business rules, ensuring the technical team understands what needs to be developed. • Track sprint progress, identify impediments, and adjust priorities when necessary. • Incorporate requests from external projects into the backlog, assessing their relevance and alignment with the product strategy. • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs, align expectations, and negotiate timelines. • Translate business needs into functional requirements and specifications that are clear to the development team. • Follow deliverables through production release, verifying alignment with the defined scope and objectives. • Reassess priorities and define new backlog items as the product evolves, based on feedback received and needs identified. • Work closely with product leadership to ensure strategic alignment and the continuous evolution of the solution.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in an equivalent product management role. • Experience with or practical exposure to artificial intelligence projects, particularly AI agent-based solutions. • Knowledge of fundamental AI concepts and familiarity with trends and developments in the market. • Ability to structure and prioritize backlogs, define requirements, and manage product roadmaps. • Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working with development squads. • Technical understanding of logic, workflows, and how technology solutions operate; software development experience is not required. • Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams. • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a range of stakeholders. • Organization, autonomy, and the ability to manage priorities and track multiple demands. • Working proficiency in English to understand written communications and participate in meetings with international teams. • Preferred: experience with generative AI products, intelligent agents, or AI-powered automation. • Preferred: experience with SaaS platforms and scalable technology products. • Preferred: hands-on familiarity with AI tools, agent creation, and automated workflow development.
