📋 Description

• Advise private and public-sector organizations on translating regulatory requirements into effective, efficient, and sustainable operational frameworks • Support Data Protection Officers (DPOs) and compliance functions in project management and oversight • Carry out compliance activities, including processing inventories and records, Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Privacy by Design, data subject rights management, and remediation plan monitoring • Contribute to AI compliance and governance projects • Map and assess AI use cases, analyze risks, and support the implementation of regulatory requirements • Design and deploy processes, procedures, and tools that embed compliance on a sustainable basis • Conduct assessments and contribute to remediation plans • Support business teams with their Data and AI projects • Design and deliver awareness and training initiatives • Contribute to responses to requests for proposals and commercial proposals • Develop service offerings, conduct regulatory monitoring and knowledge sharing, publish content, recruit, and deliver training

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree from a business school, engineering school, or university • Master's degree in Digital Law, a specialized master's degree in personal data protection, or specialized training in compliance applied to information systems • Significant experience in a consulting firm or in a DPO, Privacy, Compliance, Risk, or equivalent function • Strong command of the GDPR and its operational implementation • Good understanding of key cybersecurity challenges • Ability to work effectively with IT and Information Security teams • Interest in issues relating to Data, artificial intelligence, and the AI Act • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills • Professional proficiency in English (required) • All positions are open to candidates with disabilities
