📋 Description

• Provide consulting and delivery services • Contribute to the development of AI-powered business applications and applications developed with AI • Apply Crafts best practices and Data & AI expertise • Propose tailored solutions and challenge clients’ thinking • Actively participate in AI Apps R&D • Explore how to manage AI non-determinism in applications • Evaluate the models to be integrated, including their governance and testing • Monitor the evolution of the AI market and its impact on business and software development practices • Advise clients on AI adoption • Train and mentor colleagues • Share expertise and contribute to skills development within close-knit teams

🎯 Requirements

• Regular hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies • Ability to take a step back and assess both the benefits and limitations of Generative AI technologies • Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript • Proficiency in API development • A questioning mindset and the ability to challenge ideas constructively • Strong enthusiasm for teamwork and collective success • Minimum French proficiency level of C1 required • Flexibility depending on the client context • Several years of experience are valued as part of a continuous learning journey; no specific minimum number of years is required
