📋 Description

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure, and well-documented Go, NodeJS, or Python services • Ensure code meets high standards for performance and maintainability, with emphasis on reducing latency for global users • Design and develop automated test cases for new features and legacy services • Use CI/CD gates to enforce quality standards and reduce regression risk • Partner with Product Management and UX across multiple time zones to refine requirements and assess technical feasibility • Align the engineering roadmap with business value • Define alerts and runbooks enabling reliable, zero-downtime deployments for distributed operations • Improve engineering processes through automated tools and AI-assisted development, including code generation, test generation, and dependency tracing • Work across the full technology stack, from operating-system internals to SaaS front-end code • Participate in on-call shifts and respond during assigned shifts

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of industry programming experience • Proven track record delivering end-to-end, production-quality, complex, and scalable software products • Proficiency in Go, NodeJS, and/or Python • Willingness to learn VueJS as needed for full-stack integration • Deep understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC (OpenID Connect), JWT, and IAM systems • Aptitude for Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform • Understanding of cloud technology concepts • Ability to thrive in a geographically distributed, asynchronous team environment • Strong written documentation and GitOps practices • Ability to meet strict Definition of Done practices • Excellent organizational and technical leadership skills • Ability to drive consensus and clear direction in cross-functional environments • Ability to facilitate effective decision-making across multiple time zones • Must be located in and authorized to work in India • Fluent spoken and written English • Ability to participate in assigned on-call shifts
