📋 Description

• Tackle the largest and most complex problems on the team and serve as a technical leader on cross-functional projects • Independently research and experiment with limited requirements, collaborating with UX and Product Managers to define requirements • Decompose complex problems into simple, straightforward solutions • Provide technical influence and deep expertise to help teams build highly available, reliable, and performant solutions • Work with Principal Engineers and Architects to drive shared strategy across teams • Partner with engineering and product management teams on initiatives benefiting multiple teams • Mentor individuals on advanced technical issues and assist with career development • Balance technical leadership and business judgment when making technology decisions • Build new technology initiatives and features, drive architecture, define best practices, and enable platform quality

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience as an engineer and leading complex engineering projects • Experience with cloud technologies, microservices, and SaaS architecture • Strong knowledge of Go and familiarity with Java, TypeScript, or other programming languages • Domain expertise in Apple, Windows, and Android device management and policy enforcement • Deep knowledge of device management architectures, including policy management, enrollment, and Apple Push Notification service, across macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android • Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure • Experience with Kubernetes/containerization and CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions • Experience in distributed systems and databases • Experience designing and architecting solutions involving services, front end, and databases • Strong leadership and collaboration skills for driving complex, multi-team projects from conception to completion • Ability to work with ambiguity and drive clarity while delivering incremental value • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative, team-oriented environment • Strong foundation in software engineering design principles • Experience working with geographically diverse engineering teams in a remote-first environment • Fluency in spoken and written English • Must be located in and authorized to work in India
