📋 Description

• Architect, design, and oversee scalable web applications and distributed systems • Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end systems spanning user-facing applications, backend services, and cloud infrastructure • Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentor frontend and backend developers • Define coding standards, enforce code quality, and conduct code reviews • Drive delivery from architecture and development through deployment and maintenance • Architect and build backend services using Python/FastAPI or Java with Spring Boot/Quarkus • Design and implement scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs • Build asynchronous processing pipelines and microservices using Celery, RabbitMQ, Redis, or similar message brokers • Design database schemas and queries across PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases • Implement caching strategies and optimize services for throughput and reliability • Develop ReactJS and TypeScript web applications with reusable UI components and scalable frontend architecture • Implement state management, API integrations, and responsive user interfaces • Collaborate with design and product teams on intuitive user experiences • Maintain frontend performance, accessibility, and maintainability • Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS • Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and environment provisioning • Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and microservice orchestration • Ensure observability through logging, monitoring, and distributed tracing • Lead discussions on scalability, distributed architecture, caching, and event-driven patterns • Drive cloud-native architectures and modern engineering practices • Ensure security best practices and compliance standards • Leverage AI tools and frameworks to improve developer productivity and product capabilities • Contribute to AI-powered features such as intelligent search, conversational interfaces, recommendation systems, and automation tools • Evaluate AI integrations into existing products and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 8–10 years of software engineering experience • At least 3+ years in a technical leadership role • Strong expertise in Python (FastAPI preferred) or Java • Strong expertise in ReactJS and TypeScript • Strong expertise in REST and GraphQL API development • Strong expertise in asynchronous processing such as Celery • Strong expertise in AWS cloud services • Strong expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization • Solid understanding of microservices architectures • Solid understanding of distributed systems design • Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines • Experience building AI-driven applications or integrating AI capabilities into products is a nice-to-have • Experience with event-driven systems such as Kafka and SNS/SQS is a nice-to-have • Exposure to Domain-Driven Design and clean architecture principles is a nice-to-have • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform or CloudFormation, is a nice-to-have • Experience with performance tuning, load testing, and AWS cost optimization is a nice-to-have • Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management abilities • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
