📋 Description

• Lead the web experience for Acompanha, focusing on how the product explains court case developments using artificial intelligence • Define how the product uses AI to explain court case developments and judicial decisions in simple, actionable, and empathetic language • Create and refine prompts, evaluate model response quality, and manage context windows • Open PRs, build interfaces, and launch experiments without relying on others for every step of execution • Conduct user research, interviews, and testing to validate product hypotheses • Build solutions from the ground up based on open-ended problems and create the roadmap • Work closely with Design, Engineering, Product, and legal experts • Continuously improve the product’s AI foundation

🎯 Requirements

• Product builder mindset: you create prototypes, open PRs, and launch experiments yourself • Experience with user research, interviews, and testing/experimentation • Strong communication and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Design, Engineering, and legal professionals • Autonomy to build a solution from an open-ended problem without relying on predefined direction • Experience with B2C products
