• Work on the Search and EVAL teams • Address core search and quality evaluation issues • Run experiments and A/B tests • Optimize user behavior based on data • Use AI tools extensively in day-to-day work • Collaborate closely with the Search and EVAL teams

• Strong experience with React • Analytical profile — closer to Data Science than traditional full-stack software engineering • Strong ability to solve complex problems and solid technical grounding • Experience with experimentation, testing, optimization, and user behavior analysis • Hands-on proficiency with AI tools in daily work • Good technical communication skills
