📋 Description

• Develop tailored AI solutions from prototype to production-ready software modules • Use and develop state-of-the-art models to solve real-world problems • Analyze large datasets and devise creative solutions • Development, testing and documentation using LLM-based coding assistants • End-to-end responsibility from conceptualization through deployment of developed solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent master’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable background • Extensive knowledge in at least one of these areas: LLMs, Computer Vision, Robotics or Deep Learning • Keeping up to date with the current state of the art in Deep Learning and LLMs • Strong programming skills, adherence to best practices, and proven experience deploying Python software projects to production • Solid mathematical background, particularly in machine learning and statistical methods • Extensive use of LLM-based coding assistants: parallel sessions, MCP tools, Agent.md, workflow automation • Team player with effective communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders • Excellent German language skills • High sense of responsibility and early identification of risks • Strong motivation and self-discipline to deliver on schedule and to motivate the team • Use of modern tools, including AI, to increase efficiency
