📋 Description

• Build the platform on which AI agents are deployed in companies • Design and develop the platform for businesses to create and run AI agents • Evaluate, integrate, and develop the latest approaches in agentic AI • Orchestrate state-of-the-art language models and optimize their use through prompting, RAG, and intelligent model selection • Take responsibility across the entire development lifecycle within a small team with direct impact on the product

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Master's degree in Computer Science or a comparable background • Extensive knowledge of LLMs — models, benchmarks, frameworks, and agent-based architectures • Experience with RAG systems, prompting strategies, and agentic systems • Excellent programming skills, ideally in Python and TypeScript with React/Next.js • Preferably experience or interest in technologies for operating complex software systems, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines • High sense of responsibility and ability to assess risks • Motivation and self-discipline to maintain a high standard of quality
