📋 Description

• Drive the further development of our scouting platform by designing and implementing features • Design and implement AI-powered features that make our platform smarter • Use cutting-edge AI development tools (Claude Code, etc.) • Build prototypes and evaluate new AI technologies • Integrate LLMs, embeddings and other AI models into our infrastructure • Full ownership: from the first experiment to production deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in Python and/or Node.js • A genuine passion for state-of-the-art AI technology, LLMs and their application in the real world • You know how to effectively use AI-assisted developer tools and critically evaluate their output • Creative thinker: you enjoy exploring new approaches and unconventional solutions • Proactive mindset: you tackle challenges head-on and inspire others with your enthusiasm • Reliability: you keep deadlines in sight and deliver on time • Flexibility: you are open to flexible working arrangements
