• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase SCOUTASTIC's brand awareness in the national and international football market. • Plan, manage and analyze digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, and content marketing. • Create audience-targeted content – from blog posts and social media posts to presentations and marketing collateral. • Work closely with the sales team to support new customer acquisition and existing customer retention through targeted marketing activities. • Build and maintain media and partner relationships within professional football and represent SCOUTASTIC at events and trade shows. • Monitor market and competitor trends and derive actionable recommendations to further develop our marketing strategy. • Collaborate closely with our development team to communicate product innovations clearly and persuasively.
• You have solid marketing experience, ideally in software, IT, sports technology, or sports business. • You are passionate about sports and can relate to the needs and challenges of our target audience. • You can translate complex technical products into compelling marketing messages and clearly communicate the value to our customers. • You are data-driven, have a strong sense for trends, and know how to effectively reach sports audiences. • You have experience with digital marketing channels, social media, content creation, and campaign management. • You work independently, creatively, and in a structured way – able to think strategically and roll up your sleeves operationally. • Language skills: English is required. • You have a strong affinity for artificial intelligence and modern technologies – you actively use AI tools in your daily work and are open to continuously exploring and adopting new possibilities.
