📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product and business teams to formulate hypotheses, design A/B experiments, define success metrics, and analyze results • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, uncover growth opportunities, and provide actionable business recommendations • Act as a strategic analytics partner to help stakeholders make informed decisions and shape business direction • Leverage AI tools, LLMs, and AI agents to automate analytical workflows and improve efficiency • Develop AI-powered solutions and agentic workflows for self-service analytics and faster access to insights • Build and enhance reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, preferably within e-commerce or customer experience products • Proficiency in analysis and business modeling using Excel • Experience with Google Analytics, BigQuery, Power BI, and Python / R would be a plus • Experience with SQL and ability to write complex queries • Expertise in descriptive and inferential statistical analysis • Experience setting up and driving A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and analyzing results • Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, and AI agents, with interest in applying them to analytics and automating workflows • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills • English proficiency at a strong upper-intermediate level
