📋 Description

• Further development of occupational health and safety at kaer • Support the digital, intelligent, and user-friendly design of safety processes • Work with regulations, processes, and products in the field of occupational health and safety • Deliver services digitally • Help design new processes and implement them • Advise and support customers on occupational health and safety, occupational medicine, and health management • Collaborate as part of a team while also working independently • Perform the role with approximately 60% travel and flexible working arrangements during the remaining time

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in occupational health and safety, including regulations, processes, and products • Professional and confident demeanor • Completed training as an occupational health and safety specialist • Experience in digital service delivery • Additional qualifications in occupational and health protection are an advantage, e.g., fire safety officer, health and safety coordinator, waste management officer, water protection officer, or emissions control officer • Willingness to drive sustainable change in occupational health and safety and help shape processes • English language skills are desirable • Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time
