📋 Description

• Act as a lead consultant implementing and configuring Workday solutions for global customers • Serve as an expert in a chosen Workday specialist capability or capabilities • Manage customer relationships and shape and deliver solutions aligned to customer needs, fit for purpose, and commercially viable • Provide consulting and guidance by understanding customers’ businesses • Mentor and guide team members in the relevant capability • Provide thought leadership and innovation • Build and improve specialist knowledge within Kainos and the broader Workday community • Develop and deliver products, offerings, and services that differentiate Kainos in the marketplace • Identify talent for rapid development within the capability

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in German • Deep understanding of Workday products, either Financials or Payroll, and specialist capability • Product Lead in the Workday ecosystem is ideal but not mandatory • Excellent customer focus and ability to assess customer needs, build relationships, manage customer expectations, intervene effectively, and resolve customer escalations • Excellent consulting skills, including leading large-scale workshops with multiple stakeholders and liaising confidently and effectively with senior executives • Commercial understanding of utilisation within a services organisation and the importance of these targets • Professional qualifications where applicable are nice to have • Experience of managing, mentoring and developing teams
