📋 Description

• Prepare and maintain project budget forecasts, actuals, and variance analyses. • Monitor project expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgets. • Review and approve invoices and ensure timely payment to suppliers and contractors. • Prepare monthly financial reports on project performance for management review. • Assist in the month-end and year-end financial closing processes. • Collaborate with project managers to provide insights on cost control and financial planning. • Ensure that all financial activities align with company policies and accounting standards. • Perform reconciliations of project accounts as necessary. • Support the senior finance team in ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation for audit purposes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project accounting or related finance role. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices related to project management. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbally. • Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus.
