📋 Description

• Own and manage the entire onboarding process for signed clients, including conducting initial calls, platform setup, and training • Clearly communicate briefs and set expectations for smooth implementation • Guide new clients in using the platform effectively to meet objectives • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brands on the Halo platform • Respond to client concerns and questions • Ensure customers leverage the platform fully and achieve satisfactory results • Gather, synthesize, and deliver client feedback to product and engineering teams • Manage client campaigns end-to-end with internal team coordination and progress monitoring • Develop presentations summarizing campaign results and next steps for enterprise customers • Collaborate with the creator team to maintain an updated view of campaign performance • Manage client expectations regarding campaign timelines, execution, and outcomes • Review active campaign performance, identify and flag issues, and work toward resolution • Monitor the Service Level Agreements dashboard and proactively address discrepancies or issues • Build a team

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience • Influencer marketing experience • Deep understanding of brand needs and client relationship management • Exceptional problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills • Passion for the creator economy • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
