📋 Description
• Engage with clients to gather detailed business requirements and understand their CRM processes. • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications to align with client objectives, focusing on modules such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. • Develop functional specifications and documentation to guide technical teams during implementation. • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support clients during the go-live phase. • Conduct training sessions for users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the CRM system. • Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, helping them leverage Dynamics CRM features to improve customer engagement and reporting. • Stay informed of new features, updates, and best practices in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM space to offer strategic insights to clients.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM in a functional consulting capacity. • Proven knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules, especially in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. • Strong business analysis skills to effectively document and translate user requirements into CRM solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing client needs. • Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics CRM are a plus.
