📋 Description

• Design, build, and evolve scalable, resilient, and high-performing backend services and APIs • Act as an expert guide for the engineering team, training and upskilling developers • Lead by example by tackling complex technical challenges and writing clean, maintainable code • Define and enforce organisation-wide best practices for system design • Partner closely with Product, Platform, and AI engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in backend software engineering • Deep expertise in designing distributed systems and modern APIs (REST, GraphQL) • Strong programming skills in modern backend languages (Python, Go, or similar) • Demonstrated experience leading and training engineers • Solid understanding of public cloud environments and containerization • Strong grasp of modern data storage and processing
