📋 Description

• Screen and triage people joining the service • Conduct clinical reviews and check-ins via telehealth • Complete clinical assessments and risk assessments • Respond to clinical escalations from the Customer Care team • Identify when further review or escalation is needed • Work closely with GPs and psychiatrists • Document assessments clearly and keep the wider care team informed • Provide ongoing adult ADHD care through Kantoko’s telehealth platform • Help improve clinical processes and telehealth software through feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse • At least three years of postgraduate clinical experience • Background in critical care and/or mental health nursing • Experience in emergency nursing, psychiatric nursing or mental health triage • Strong clinical assessment, patient triage and risk assessment skills • Confidence making decisions and working independently in a remote clinical role • Clear written and verbal communication • Ability to work three to four weekdays each week • Experience in ADHD care or telehealth is helpful but not essential • Interest in mental health and readiness to learn • Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team
