📋 Description

• Liderar la gestión de incidentes críticos durante el diseño, construcción, prueba, corte, y fase de hiper-cuidado • Coordinar equipos técnicos a través de MAWM, MAO, plataformas de integración • Proporcionar actualizaciones ejecutivas durante incidentes importantes • Gestionar comunicaciones con clientes, partes interesadas comerciales, proveedores, y liderazgo del programa

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ años de experiencia en entrega de proyectos de TI • Al menos 3-5 años gestionando incidentes críticos en implementaciones de gestión de almacenes a gran escala • Entender el ecosistema de Manhattan Active: configuración y flujos de trabajo de MAWM, ciclo de vida de órdenes de MAO, arquitectura de plataforma de suministro • Conocimiento de APIs REST y arquitecturas impulsadas por eventos • Experiencia con plataformas de integración (MuleSoft, TIBCO, Seeburger, etc.)
