📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards, metrics, and automated monitoring systems for content health and performance • Own measurement and monitoring of content quality, including score distributions, content equivalence, cheating indicators, and score clustering • Leverage AI solutions and agentic automation to scale content quality monitoring, investigation, and improvement • Develop theories, perform root-cause analyses, and validate solutions using data-driven processes • Own the feedback loop with Content Development and Architect teams • Monitor business and content-performance indicators and escalate concerning trends to leadership • Serve as subject matter expert on content quality, communicating trends, risks, recommendations, and performance updates to Content leadership and executive stakeholders • Use analytics to support fair, reliable, and consistent technical interview outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in analytics or strategy roles with demonstrated ownership of business outcomes • Professional experience using modern AI tools (Claude, GPT, etc.) for complex data analysis and AI-Agent based automation workflows • Proven success leading data-driven strategy at scale • Deep expertise in SQL and large-scale data analysis • Fluency in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Metabase) • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Executive-level communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders • Native-level English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with significant autonomy and accountability • Must reside in Mexico City • Must be authorized to work in Mexico • No visa sponsorship provided
