📋 Description

• Manage a team of 3 people (design, web, media), organizing priorities with clarity, deadlines and delivery quality with the client absolutely at the center — a living, integrated philosophy at Karizoda. • Be the team's trusted focal point for technical questions and deadlines; • Lead daily stand-ups focused on unblocking tasks and aligning expectations; • Promote team development (technical mentoring and continuous feedback). • Create and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies in Brazil and the United States, serving both local and digital businesses (B2B and B2C); • Develop product launch plans (infoproducts) and perpetual funnels; • Conduct in-depth persona and competitor research; • Implement, configure and optimize sales ecosystems: CRM (HubSpot, RD Station, Kommo and others) integrated with automation tools (ManyChat, Make, Zapier, Apollo, Email, WhatsApp and Instagram); • Design conversion flows for cold lists, focusing on aggressive sales results; • Integrate content strategy, technical SEO and copywriting to build authority and capture leads, growing lists and audiences from complete zero; • Participate in client meetings and lead the strategic side of deliverables with a consultative approach, performance focus and continuous diagnosis with a Growth Hacking mindset. • Work strategically and technically on high-performance campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) for Karis and clients, with a real focus on ROI/ROAS and CAC reduction. You will be the brain and executor of the operation, always aiming to do more with less; • Perform strategic campaign diagnostics with a Growth Hacking perspective, proposing improvements based on data and real results. • If a new tool emerges or an integration fails, proactively seek the solution (study, test and implement); • We expect you to have ownership and commitment; • Use AI critically and analytically: AI is the basis, but review and the 'human strategic touch' are mandatory.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven end-to-end technical SEO experience (keyword research, structure, on-page, link building and real performance via Search Console); • Concrete results with campaigns for cold lists (extracted or purchased), including copy, funnel, nurturing and conversion; • Proficiency with Sales Navigator, Dux‑Soup and LinkedIn automations; • Practical experience implementing, automating and operating CRMs (HubSpot, RD Station or similar), structuring stages and integrating with the sales team; • Track record of building an audience and generating leads from scratch; • Technical and analytical mastery of Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing, Conversion) and Meta Ads, with ability to diagnose and suggest optimizations; • Experience with performance-critical client accounts, with real targets and daily performance monitoring; • Fluency in English (a plus).
