📋 Description

• Shape media plans and decide where budgets go and why • Set up, analyze, and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve business goals • Work with Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok advertising platforms • Collaborate with project managers and creatives on larger inbound campaigns • Provide the paid media perspective from campaign planning through results • Use AI for strategy, optimization, and efficiency • Advise clients on channel mix, budgets, and KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience with digital advertising platforms: social media, search, and programmatic • Experience setting up, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok • Comfortable building media strategies, setting KPIs, and advising clients on channel mix and budget • Actively uses AI tools for analysis, optimization, and efficiency; curious about new applications • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager • Experience in B2B marketing; B2B tech is a plus • Comfortable speaking English with colleagues and clients • Own company required to work as a freelancer and invoice Brightvision
