📋 Description
• Responsible for advising and supporting our clients and for customizing SAP HCM modules, particularly in payroll (SAP PA/PY) • Identifying company-specific solutions to optimize business processes and advising clients on the benefits and feasibility of the latest SAP technologies • Supporting and training users on SAP updates and new functionalities
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in business administration or an IT-related field, or equivalent qualification • Professional experience supporting SAP HCM applications, especially SAP PA/PY • Experience in planning and executing SAP projects, process consulting, and system design • Fluent German and preferably good English skills
