📋 Description

• Manage central inbound and outbound telephone and email channels relating to mortgage financing, home savings products, and consumer loans • Respond to and resolve general and specific inquiries • Perform related administrative tasks • Support sales partners in using the EUROPACE platform • Independently clarify payout-related matters, including preliminary document reviews and following up on outstanding items • Process inquiries in a structured manner and implement solutions administratively • Monitor service levels and availability • Coordinate between partner banks and sales partners

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on banking, mortgage financing, or consumer lending • Career changers are welcome; training in this field is provided • Excellent German language skills, at least C1 level, both written and spoken • Proficiency in MS Office • Openness to new systems and processes • Experience in mortgage financing, consumer lending, or financial services is a plus but not required • §34i qualification preferred, or willingness to obtain it during onboarding • Customer-focused attitude, empathy, ability to concentrate, and an authentic, responsible professional manner • CV, employment and educational certificates, and a brief introduction/motivation statement as part of the application
