📋 Description

• Support national and international customers and assist with order processing in the field of food analysis • Prepare, review, and follow up on invoices, credit notes, and other billing transactions • Monitor outstanding receivables, manage dunning procedures, and resolve payment and invoice discrepancies • Assist with customs clearance, scheduling, and international customer inquiries • Work closely with project leads, sample management, and internal stakeholders • Handle general administrative tasks, including master data maintenance in SAP, travel expense processing, and purchasing

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification (e.g., hotel management clerk, industrial clerk, office management clerk, or similar) • Proficient in MS Office applications; initial experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems is preferred • Strong service and customer orientation • Very good German language skills (C1) and good English language skills (B2) • Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, and a friendly manner
