📋 Description

• Inspect residential, commercial and special-purpose properties, both internally and externally • Complete five pre-planned day routes, covering approximately 40 appointments per week • Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties • Take measurements and calculate residential floor areas • Document the current construction progress and any maintenance measures • Regularly communicate digitally with colleagues about current team-related topics • Use route plans coordinated and scheduled by the service team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interest in real estate and initial experience in the real estate industry, or a keen interest in this field • Ideally, experience with residential floor areas and property measurements • Communicative, reliable and self-motivated • Precise, conscientious and responsible approach to work • Professional, service-oriented and friendly demeanor • Confident use of Excel, Microsoft Teams and Outlook • Class B driver's license and sufficient driving experience to operate a company car • Very good command of German, both written and spoken
