📋 Description

• Inspect residential, commercial and specialised properties inside and outside • Independently assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties • Carry out measurements and calculate living areas (floor space) • Document the current construction status and maintenance measures • Regular digital communication with the team

🎯 Requirements

• Affinity for real estate and initial experience in the real estate sector • Ideally experience with floor area measurements and site measurements • Communicative, reliable and able to work independently • Accuracy, conscientiousness and responsible conduct • Service-oriented and friendly manner • Proficiency in Office programs such as Excel, MS Teams and Outlook • Driving licence class B and driving experience • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
