📋 Description

• Inspect residential, commercial and special-purpose properties inside and out • Take on five pre-planned daily routes with approximately 40 appointments per week • Assess and document the technical/structural condition of properties • Take measurements, calculate living areas and document maintenance measures • Regular digital communication with colleagues about current team matters

🎯 Requirements

• Affinity for real estate and initial experience in the real estate sector or a strong interest in the field • Ideally experience with floor area calculations and site measurements • Strong communication skills, reliability and the ability to work independently • Accuracy, conscientiousness and responsible conduct • Service-oriented and friendly manner, even in stressful situations • Experience with Office programs such as Excel, MS Teams and Outlook • Driver’s license Class B and some driving experience • Very good command of German, both written and spoken
