📋 Description

• Inspect residential, commercial, and specialized properties, both internally and externally • Follow route plans coordinated and scheduled by the service team • Complete five pre-planned day trips, with approximately 40 appointments per week across the nationwide service network • Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties in the region • Take measurements and calculate living areas • Document the current stage of construction and any maintenance measures required or carried out • Participate in regular digital communication with colleagues on current team topics

🎯 Requirements

• Affinity with the real estate sector and initial experience in the real estate industry, or a strong interest in this field • Ideally, experience with living-area calculations and taking property measurements • Strong communication skills, reliability, and an independent approach to work • Accuracy, conscientiousness, and a strong sense of responsibility • Professional, service-oriented, and friendly manner • Confident use of Office applications such as Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Outlook • Category B driver's license and some driving experience • Very good command of German, both written and spoken
