📋 Description

• Conduct interior and exterior inspections of residential, commercial, and specialized properties • Complete 5 pre-planned daily routes with approximately 40 appointments per week across the nationwide service network • Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties in the region • Take measurements and calculate living areas • Document the current construction progress and any maintenance measures • Maintain regular digital communication with colleagues regarding current team matters • Use routes coordinated and scheduled by the service team

🎯 Requirements

• Affinity for real estate and initial experience in the real estate sector, or a strong interest in this field • Ideally, experience calculating living areas and taking property measurements • Strong communication skills, reliability, and an independent working style • Accuracy, diligence, and a responsible approach to work • Well-groomed, service-oriented, and friendly demeanor • Proficiency in Office applications such as Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook • Class B driver’s license and some driving experience • Very good written and spoken German
