📋 Description

• Acquire new distribution partners in mortgage lending, building savings, and installment loans • Systematically expand the distribution partner network • Identify and qualify financial sales organizations, intermediary networks, broker pools, and institutional partners with high business potential • Independently conduct acquisition calls • Guide prospective partners through to contract conclusion • Represent Qualitypool at trade fairs, industry events, networking meetings, and partner appointments throughout Germany • Collaborate with Key Account Management, Partner Management, and Sales Strategy • Further develop acquisition processes • Help shape Qualitypool’s sales processes

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B acquisition, new customer acquisition, or partner development • In-depth knowledge of mortgage lending, banking, financial services, real estate finance, or platform businesses • Completed banking apprenticeship or §34i certification • Structured approach to managing sales pipelines • Ability to prioritize opportunities effectively • Use of data-driven decision-making in acquisition activities • Fluent German at a minimum C1 level, including strong negotiation skills • Professional presence and persuasive communication with a range of stakeholders • Experience with broker pools, intermediary networks, regional sales organizations, or institutional partner structures (nice to have) • Knowledge of CRM systems, sales funnel management, social selling, or modern research and AI-assisted acquisition methods (nice to have) • Experience establishing new sales or partner management processes (nice to have)
