📋 Description

• Own the design process, make design decisions, and bring teams along • Design user groups and workflows for consultants, employers, employees, and case managers • Conduct user interviews and analyze data • Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes • Test concepts before development and validate outcomes after implementation • Further develop the existing design system for multiple brands • Plan the consolidation of multiple front ends into one front end per user group • Develop interim solutions to support the coexistence of legacy and new systems • Design with regulatory and security requirements in mind • Foster UX and design understanding within the team • Shape collaboration between design and development • Experiment with AI tools and help decide how they should be used in the design process • Collaborate with the Area Lead, Product Management, three development teams, and customers

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, from research through to final screens • Proficient in Figma and experienced with design systems • Experience with or an interest in complex applications involving multiple roles and large amounts of data • Experience using AI in day-to-day design work and a willingness to deepen this expertise • Independent and structured way of working, including without design colleagues • Comfortable working with legacy systems • Excellent German for clear and comprehensible communication in specialist discussions • Portfolio • Experience with white-label products or insurance and pensions is a plus, but not required
