📋 Description

• Further develop the Group-wide market research framework • Design methodologies, quality standards, operating models, and governance principles • Provide strategic consulting and act as a sparring partner for business units on market potential, expansion and M&A, customer insights, competitive developments, product decisions, and strategic investments • Translate complex research findings into clear, actionable recommendations • Further develop the global market research portfolio • Establish appropriate make-or-buy and partner strategies • Manage collaboration with market research agencies and external partners • Ensure the efficient use of market research budgets • Establish reusable research frameworks, templates, and knowledge platforms • Promote cross-functional knowledge sharing and the reuse of insights gained

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a comparable field • Strong analytical and conceptual skills • At least 8 years of professional experience in Global Market Research, Customer or Consumer Insights, Competitive Intelligence, Business Analytics, or strategic consulting • Proven experience leading complex international market research projects • Experience building or further developing research, insights, or intelligence functions • Extensive experience working with senior stakeholders, different business units, and international teams • Very good German and English language skills (at least B2 level) • Excellent communication skills • Knowledge of the gaming industry, particularly online gaming, is an advantage
