📋 Description

• Provide instructional materials for the IT Support Specialist course. • Deliver well-founded, practical instruction on the course content. • Take on teaching assignments at short and medium notice. • Mentor and support participants. • Collaborate with the team to ensure the course is delivered and provided according to plan. • Opportunity to take on full course production following successful completion of the pilot phase.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable qualification as an IT Support Specialist, or individual qualifications in IT fundamentals, networking, virtualization, Windows administration, and IT security, or an equivalent background. • Relevant professional experience applying IT Support Specialist techniques and methodologies in practice. • Existing instructional materials for delivering the program, or the motivation to develop them independently. • Practical experience in adult education. • Passion for sharing knowledge and strong teaching skills. • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and technical proficiency. • Independent working style and flexibility. • Confident use of digital tools and learning platforms. • Submission of an instructor profile and supporting documentation.
