📋 Description

• Provide training materials for various Microsoft courses • Deliver technically sound, hands-on instruction • Take on short- and medium-term teaching assignments • Mentor and support participants • Deliver various Microsoft courses together with the Karriere Tutor team as part of scheduled assignments

🎯 Requirements

• Verifiable MCT qualification with a focus on Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Microsoft 365 AI Service Administrator (AB-650), Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (AB-900), Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals (SC-900), or other Microsoft certifications • Relevant professional experience applying the techniques and methods used by an MCT in practice • Existing Microsoft Official Courseware for course delivery • Practical experience in adult education • Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and strong instructional skills • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and technical expertise • Independent working style and flexibility • Confident use of digital tools and learning platforms • Submission of an instructor profile, including supporting documentation
