📋 Description

• Take responsibility for delivering and continuously enhancing AI and Data Science courses • Lead and develop a team of lecturers in Data and AI • Provide subject-matter guidance for the ongoing development of courses • Develop the course portfolio as a Subject Matter Expert • Identify content trends and develop relevant professional development programs • Monitor developments in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Analytics • Derive relevant topics, technologies, and training offerings for the portfolio • Ensure the professional quality of continuing education programs • Continuously develop content, learning objectives, concepts, and formats together with the team • Support lecturers and subject-matter experts in the professional development of their courses • Ensure the team is staffed with the right number and mix of internal and external lecturers • Coordinate the deployment of lecturers for teaching and course production together with the scheduling team • Analyze market, customer, and participant feedback • Optimize existing offerings and develop new ones • Keep the AI and Data Science training portfolio professionally relevant, technologically up to date, and commercially successful

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in Data and AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, Analytics, or a comparable technical field • Leadership experience or experience providing functional leadership for teams or professional networks • In-depth understanding of current developments in Data and AI • Strong understanding of the technologies and skills relevant to the job market and professional training • Experience designing, developing, or managing continuing education, training, or upskilling programs • Experience collaborating with lecturers, subject-matter experts, and a range of internal stakeholders • Excellent communication skills, reliability, empathy, and a structured, self-directed approach to work • Excellent written and spoken German • Experience in adult education or professional training (a plus) • Experience with Python, Data Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, BI, or Generative AI (a plus)
