📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery and ongoing content development of AI and Data Science courses • Lead and develop a team of lecturers in Data & AI • Provide subject-matter guidance for the continued development of courses • Develop the course portfolio as a Subject Matter Expert • Identify content trends and develop relevant professional development programs • Monitor developments in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Analytics • Derive relevant topics, technologies, and qualification offerings for the portfolio • Ensure the academic and professional quality of continuing education programs • Work with the team to further develop content, learning objectives, concepts, and formats • Support lecturers and subject-matter experts in the professional development of their courses • Ensure the team is staffed appropriately, both quantitatively and qualitatively, with internal and external lecturers • Coordinate lecturer assignments for teaching and course production together with the scheduling team • Analyze market, customer, and participant feedback • Optimize existing offerings and develop new ones • Keep the AI and Data Science training portfolio professionally relevant, technologically up to date, and commercially successful

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in Data & AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, Analytics, or a comparable technical field • Leadership experience or experience providing professional leadership to teams or networks • In-depth understanding of current developments in Data & AI • A strong sense of which technologies and skills are relevant to the labor market and continuing education • Experience designing, developing, or managing continuing education, training, or qualification programs • Experience working with lecturers, subject-matter experts, and diverse internal stakeholders • Excellent communication skills, reliability, empathy, and a structured, self-directed approach to work • Very good written and spoken German • A plus: Experience in adult education or professional training • A plus: Experience with Python, Data Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, BI, or Generative AI
