📋 Description

• Data analysis and Data Science, including data mining, clustering, forecasting, recommendation systems and classification • Ensure the correctness and integrity of data in our systems • Prepare data-driven decisions and derive strategic measures • Work closely with Product Management, Community Management and Executive Management • Link quantitative analyses with qualitative community feedback • Establish best practices such as code reviews and documentation • Provide technical and, prospectively, disciplinary leadership for a small team • Support the development and strategic build-out of the Data Science function • Define the long-term data strategy together with Executive Management

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a comparable qualification • Ability to analyze data and translate it into practical business value • Ability to identify patterns and understand business implications • Strong communication skills • Interest in leadership and taking responsibility • Strong analytical skills • AI mindset • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (including pandas and scikit-learn) • Experience with statistical analyses and databases as well as Excel/Google Sheets • Solid knowledge of machine learning and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) • Business-fluent German (minimum C1) and proficiency in English
