• Liderar la estrategia de crecimiento de Kashio en Colombia, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales y la expansión de clientes empresariales. • Gestionar el P&L local, asegurando foco en crecimiento rentable y uso eficiente de recursos. • Ejecutar políticas de pricing alineadas con la estrategia comercial y la rentabilidad esperada. • Liderar el ciclo completo de ventas: prospección, activación de cuentas, relacionamiento, propuesta, negociación y cierre. • Desarrollar y gestionar alianzas con bancos, adquirentes, procesadores, orquestadores, canales comerciales y actores relevantes del ecosistema. • Construir, liderar y desarrollar equipos de Business Development y Client Success conforme avance la operación local.
• Formación académica en Administración, Negocios, Ingeniería de Ventas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía o carreras afines. • Más de 3 años liderando equipos con responsabilidad sobre P&L, preferentemente en fintech, tecnología B2B, SaaS o soluciones empresariales. • Más de 5 años de experiencia en ventas B2B de soluciones de pago, tecnología financiera o soluciones empresariales complejas. • Dominio de metodologías de venta consultiva, negociación compleja y gestión comercial multi-stakeholder. • Experiencia en RFPs complejos y procesos de procurement corporativo. • Manejo avanzado de CRM y herramientas de prospección, automatización comercial y análisis de pipeline. • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación ejecutiva, networking y presencia frente a C-level. • Conocimiento del marco local de pagos en Colombia: banca, pagos digitales, adquirencia, métodos alternativos, compliance y riesgos operativos. • Manejo avanzado de inglés oral y escrito.
